DATED : 28th APRIL, 2026 P.C. :- 1) Mr. Sangvikar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that the only relief that the Writ Petitioner is seeking herein is an order for expeditious disposal of Original Application No.787 of 2025 and Original Application No.754 of 2025, and connected matters which are pending before the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal (for short "MAT"). 2) Ms. Reena Salunkhe, the learned AGP for the Respondent-State submits that the Original Applications are fixed before the learned MAT on 10th June 2026. Therefore, no further order is called for in this Writ Petition. We are informed that the Original Applications are pending between the Original Applicant and the State, and there are no private Respondent in the proceedings. As such and considering the stand taken by the learned AGP that the Respondents will not seek undue adjournment in the matter, we dispose of this Writ Petition with a request to the learned MAT to hear the
