Since the challenge in this petition is to an interim order and that too in an appeal against the order passed under Sections 33 and 38 of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance and Redevelopment) Act, 1971, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. 5.

The AGRC is, however, requested to take up the appeal in its next sitting and hear and decide the same as expeditiously as possible.

6.

The petition stands disposed.
