In the present matter, what is alleged by the Petitioner, who is resident of the Grampanchayat that there is an encroachment by the Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 on the Gairan land. If that is so and if the encroachment is unauthorized, action needs to be taken against such encroachment. The Petitioner had made a representation to the Block Development Officer for appropriate action on 15.04.2025. 7. WP 5591 of 2026.doc to the Sarpanch of the Grampanchayat-Lasurne, Taluka Indapur, had called upon him to take appropriate action.

It is contention of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that no such action has been taken and the matter is simply pending. 3.
In such circumstances, the Tahsildar Indapur- Respondent No. 4 is requested to look into the matter and upon making necessary inquiries in accordance with law and after hearing the Petitioner and Respondent Nos. 6 and 7, necessary action be taken, if the unauthorized structure is found on the Gairan land. 4.
