The petitioner is seeking direction to decide his tribe claim of belonging to "Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe pending with respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee expeditiously and as early as possible.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions, submits that the respondent/Scrutiny Committee will decide the tribe claim of the petitioner by the end of August 2026.
