The petitioners are seeking direction to decide their tribe claim of belonging to "Tahakur" Scheduled Tribe pending with respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee expeditiously and as early as possible. 3.

The learned A.G.P. on instructions, submits that the respondent/Scrutiny Committee will decide the tribe claim of the petitioners by the end of August 2026.
