The petitioners are seeking directions for deciding their tribe claim of belonging to " Koli Mahadev" Scheduled Tribe, which are pending with respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee as early as possible.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the matter is now pending for vigilance cell enquiry and the tribe claim of the petitioners will be decided by the end of July.

In view of the statement, the petition stands disposed of with
