Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.
A limited relief in the petition is to direct the learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Pune, to hear and decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner against an order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner in Change Report No.244 of 2020 dated 16th October, 2025, expeditiously. 3.
The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has taken out an application for stay of the execution and operation of the order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner. Notice was issued on the stay application. However, the said application has not been heard. 1/2

Since the appeal is of the year 2025, it may not be expedient to direct the learned Joint Charity Commissioner to hear and decide the appeal expeditiously.

However, the learned Joint Charity Commissioner is requested to make an endeavour to hear and decide the application for stay of the order passed by the Assistant Charity Commissioner, which is impugned in Appeal No.77/2025, as expeditiously as possible, and, preferably, within a period of eight weeks from the next scheduled date of the listing of the appeal.

The writ petition stands disposed.
