ORDER :

By our Order dated 24th April, 2026, we had recorded that the Industrial Court had scheduled the matter for pronouncement of judgment on 27th April, 2026 and had made it clear that listing of the Writ Petition for ad-interim relief on that date 1/2

5-wp-5610-2026.doc will not come in the way of the Industrial Court pronouncing its judgment.

It appears that the Industrial Court has not pronounced the judgment today. We again make it clear that the pendency of this Writ Petition will not come in the way of the Industrial Court pronouncing its judgment on the next adjourned date i.e. 29th April, 2026.

Mr. Karl Tamboly, the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that this Order will be brought to the notice of the Industrial Court. The statement is accepted.
