Petitioner raised challenge to the order dated 29.5.2026 passed by the Respondent no.2/Divisional Joint Registrar Cooperative Societies, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar in appeal no.40 of 2026, by which petitioner's prayer to stay the execution, operation and effect of the order dated 13.5.2026 passed by the respondent no.2 is rejected.

Apparently, substantial appeal filed by the petitioner with the respondent no.2 is pending. Petitioner wants stay to

wp 5612.2026.odt the order passed by respondent no.3, whereby his membership of the society has been cancelled.

This Court finds that the issues raised in this writ petition needs elaborate hearing and decision by the appellate authorities. In this backdrop, instead of delving into merits of the contentions, writ petition stands disposed off with directions to respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's substantive appeal within a period of four weeks from today.
