Learned AGP points out that against the impugned order revisional remedy is available before the State under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code (MLRC), 1966. She relies upon the judgment of Supreme Court in the case of Gurudassingh Panjwani V. State of Maharashtra, reported in 2016 (2) Supreme Court Cases, 213. In view of the submission made, the Petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to avail the revisional remedy before the State. 2.

In the event such a Petition is filed within a period of four weeks, the delay caused in filing the revision be condoned.
