1) The Petitioners deposited amount of Rs. 30,000/- in pursuance of order dated 28 April 2026. In that view of the matter and purely by way of indulgence, Petitioners be permitted by the Trial Court to complete cross-examination of Plaintiff's witness on the next date of hearing i.e. 2 May 2026. The Petitioners to complete cross-examination of Plaintiff's witness on 2 May 2026 and on one more day to be fixed by the Trial Court.

2) The Respondents/Plaintiff shall withdraw the amount deposited in this Court alongwith accrued interest. The Petitioners shall cooperate with the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the Suit without seeking any unnecessary adjournments. Page No.
