It appears from the impugned order that the names of the petitioners are reflected in the membership register of the society. If that be so, the only inquiry that can be undertaken is whether the names of the petitioners are entered in the membership register or not. If such names are already recorded in the membership register as members, the Returning Officer shall include the said names in the voters' list.
