DATE : 28th April 2026 P.C.:- 1) According to us, the present Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable against the Respondent. 2) This fact is pointed out to the learned counsel fo the Petitioner. 3) Mr. Ghosalkar, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent drew our attention to the order dated 6th January, 2026. He submitted that similar reliefs were earlier sought for in Writ Petition No. 12378 of 2025 (Abhishek Dairy Product V/s. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.) and the said 1/2

skt 22-wp-5693-2026.doc order dated 6th January 2026 is passed on the basis of same objection. 4) It appears that the Petitioner is indulging into the act of abusing the process law and the liberty granted vide order dated 6th January, 2026.

This Petition is therefore dismissed in limine with a costs of Rs. 25,000/-. The said costs be paid to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa's Advocate Academy and Research Center, within a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present Order on the official website of the High Court of Bombay.
