Writ Petition is listed before us for ensuring compliance of the order dated 28/04/2026.

While dismissing the Writ Petition in limine, this Court imposed cost of Rs.25,000/- to be paid by the Petitioners to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, Advocate Academy and Research Centre, as the Court was of the opinion that filing of Writ Petition amounted to abusing the process of law. The learned counsel for the Petitioners has placed before us a receipt of deposit of cost with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and it depicts that a sum of Rs.25,000/- towards cost has been deposited on 04/06/2026.
