This petition is filed for limited direction to the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I, Mumbai (DRT) to expeditiously hear and dispose of the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner (original borrower) in pending Securitisation Application No. 11 of 2025. 2.

Respondent No.1-Bank (secured creditor) as well as respondent No.2 (auction purchaser) are represented by Counsel and respondent No.3-Union of India is a proforma party.

After hearing learned Counsel, we are inclined to issue appropriate directions.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the DRT varsha

It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the rival claims.
