The impugned order has been passed in exercise of powers under Section 77A of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, on the ground that there exists a stalemate in the functioning of the society, rendering it unable to function effectively.

In view of the nature of the order and the grounds on which it has been passed, it would be appropriate for the petitioners to avail of the statutory remedies of appeal and/or revision as provided under the provisions of the said Act.

Accordingly, all questions raised in the present petition are kept open to be agitated in appropriate revisional proceedings. 4.
