The Writ Petition (ST) Nos. 12478 of 2026 and 12480 of 2026 were not listed on the board. The same are, therefore, taken on board for the purpose of present adjudication. 2.
It appears that a common question arises for consideration in all the present writ petitions. In that view of the matter, all the writ petitions are being disposed of by this common order. 3.
It further appears that, in addition to assailing the impugned orders, the petitioners have also sought a direction against the respondent to consider their applications for grant of pension on the basis of actual wages or salary, being higher than the prescribed wages, and to disburse pensionary benefits accordingly.

This Court, in Writ Petition No. 4826 of 2026 along with connected writ petitions, namely in the case of Durga Srinivas Kallakuri vs. Employees' Provident Fund Organisation and in Writ Petition No. 632 of 2026 in the case of Kiran Rajaram Jadhav vs. Employees Provident Fund Organisation and another, has already issued directions contained in Clause Nos. (iii) to (vii) of Writ Petition No. 4826 of 2026 and Clause Nos. (iv) to (vii) of Writ Petition No. 632 of 2026. The said directions squarely cover the controversy involved in the present writ petitions. In view thereof, the impugned orders passed by the respondent cannot be sustained and are accordingly set aside.

The respondent is directed to consider and decide the claims of the petitioners in all the writ petitions in accordance with the aforesaid directions, within a reasonable period. 6.
In view of the above directions, all the writ petitions, including Writ Petition (ST) Nos. 12478 of 2026 and 12480 of 2026, stand disposed of.
