The reliefs prayed in this petition is for considering and deciding the petitioner's complaints dated 30/06/2025, 16/09/2025 and 14/11/2025 within a time-bound period. 2.

Learned counsel for the SRA submits that already details have been sought for from the Developer. Our attention is invited to the copy of the communication dated 28/10/2025 which is at page 23 of the petition. In such view of the matter, as the necessary action is to be taken, we direct the respondent no.2 to take the petitioner's complaints to the logical conclusion and
