Mr. Dighe, learned advocate appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2 informs that final voters list is already published. 3.

Looking to advanced stage of election process and nature of contentions sought to be raised before this Court involving disputed questions of facts, no case is made out to invoke writ jurisdiction of this Court.
