The petitioner is raising challenge to order dated 06.03.2026 passed by Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Hingoli whereby petitioner has been compulsorily retired from service in tune with Rule 4 of Maharashtra Zilla Parishads District Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1964. The petitioner has alternate remedy of filing appeal before Divisional Commissioner. 2.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of with liberty in favour of petitioner to avail such remedy.

All contentions kept open.

Needless to state here that, time consumed in prosecuting present petition shall be considered while counting period of limitation for filing appeal.
