It is informed by the parties that the application for temporary injunction is posted for hearing before learned Trial Court on 17.06.2026. The parties have already completed their pleadings. In this backdrop, there is no impediment for Trial Court to decide application for injunction on its own merits on given date. The parties undertake to argue the matter on same day. Trial Court shall endeavour to decide the same on merits within a period of one week thereafter. 2.

Till then, the parties shall maintain status quo as regards to suit property, as on today.
