Learned counsel for the petitioner wanted this Court to set aside the impugned order. However, considering that there is statutory efficacious remedy available to the petitioner, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an appeal before the AGRC. 3.

If the appeal is filed before AGRC within two weeks from today, the AGRC is requested to decide the appeal expeditiously.
