Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that, in the intervening period, the Competent Authority has passed an order of eviction under Section 4 of the Maharashtra Government Premises (Eviction) Act, 1955. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority and raise all the contentions which have been raised in this Petition. 3.
Leave granted with liberty as prayed for.
