Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

After this petition was heard for sometime, Mr. Jain, the learned Counsel for respondent No.1, on instructions, submits that respondent No.1 would pass a fresh order after following due process of law and providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid submission, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, impugned order dated 17th April, 2026 passed by Respondent No.1 stands quashed and set aside.

All consequent orders and actions pursuant to the said order dated 17th April, 2026 also stand quashed and set aside. 5.

The position stands restored to status quo ante 17th April, 2026.

6.

Respondent No.1 is at liberty to initiate fresh action and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law after providing an effective opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and following the due process of law.

7.

The petition stands disposed.
