The petitioner seeks the following reliefs:

a) Issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of Certiorari, calling for the records and proceedings pertaining to the impugned Attachment Order bearing F.no.NSK-II/TPVN/Tigrania/241/2024-25 dated 18/03/2025 and the Order of Taking Possession dated 07/04/2026, and after examining the legality, validity, and propriety thereof, be pleased to quash and set aside the same;

b) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction in the nature of Mandamus, commanding the Respondents, their officers, servants, and agents to accept the dues form (sic, from) Petitioner and forthwith withdraw the attachment on the Said Property and restore the vacant and peaceful physical possession of the Said Property, i.e., land bearing Survey No.395/8, Mouze Nashik, Tigrania Nagar, New Agra Road, Nashik, to the Petitioner;

c) During the pendency and hearing of the present Writ Petition be pleased to pass an order, or direction, thereby restraining the Respondents, their officers, servants, and agents from taking any further coercive steps, including but not limited to selling, auctioning, or creating any third party rights in respect of the Said Property, pursuant to the impugned attachment and possession order;

d) Pending the hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, be pleased to stay the effect, implementation, and operation of the impugned Attachment Order dated 18/03/2025 and the Order of Taking Possession dated 07/04/2026, and further be pleased to direct the Respondents to restore the physical possession of the Said Property to the Petitioner; bgp Page | 1

Mr. Amey Deshpande, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings in law.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
