This Petition has been filed for a direction to the concerned authorities to take action against the Respondent No.1 - Institution and colleges run by the Respondent No.1 - Institution who are charging fees to the students without approval of Fee Regulatory Authority. There are other prayers for refund the fees charged by the 1/2

An Affidavit has been filed by the Respondent Nos.1 to 7 dated 2nd May, 2026, wherein they have stated that the fees have been charged to the students upon obtaining approval of the Fee Regulatory Authority and they have given the requisite details in support thereof. They have also annexed to the said Affidavit the approvals granted by the Fees Regulatory Authority. 3.

In view of the Affidavit which has been filed by Respondent Nos.1 to 7 dated 2nd May, 2026, the prayers in the Petition have been addressed.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
