This petition has been filed by the petitioner for limited directions to the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (DRAT) to dispose of the pending appeal bearing Appeal (diary) No. 1959 of 2025, expeditiously. 2.

We are of the opinion that the DRAT would be able to appreciate the plea made on behalf of the petitioner for expeditious disposal and accordingly, take up the matter for consideration. 3.

The DRAT may consider disposing of the pending appeal as expeditiously as possible.
