1. The petitioner by the present writ petition is seeking directions from this Court to respondent No.2 - District Collector, Raigad to Digitally signed by LATA SUNIL PANJWANI Date:

2026.05.08 16:04:46 +0530 LATA SUNIL PANJWANI enquire into illegal and wrongful actions of respondent No.4 in connivance with the respondent No.3 wherein the respondent No.4, with an ulterior motive and utmost disregard to law, conducted wrongful surveys and failed in performing statutory duties. 2.

The petitioner has already filed appropriate proceedings seeking redressal before the Additional Commissioner, Konkan

LSP 2 1 wp 6016.26.doc Division aggrieved by the wrongful survey. However, it appears that petitioner has not made any representation to the respondent No.2 setting out his grievance against the respondent No.4. 3.

In such view of the matter, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation before respondent No.2 setting out his grievances. If such a representation is preferred, obviously respondent No.2 shall look into the representation and take the same to its logical conclusion expeditiously. 4.

It is open for the petitioner to prosecute the appeal before the Additional Commissioner which shall be decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.

With these observations and with liberty, the writ petition is disposed of.
