Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Revision Application which is at Page No.34 of the paper-book is pending before the Hon'ble Minister from 2020. We have gone through the facts stated in the Petition.

Learned AGP opposed the request by contending that no case is Satish Sangar 1/2
52-WP-6041-2026.doc made out for expediting the hearing of the Revision Application as several such applications are pending which need to be tried on priority basis.

Considering the facts of this case that the Revision Application was filed as far back as in the year 2020, we request the Hon'ble Minister to decide the Revision which is at Page No.34 of the paperbook expeditiously on its own merits and in accordance with law, in any case within a period of 6 months from the date of communication of this order. In the event an application for stay of the order is filed, such application be decided within a period of four weeks on its own merits and in accordance with law.

The Petitioner to appear before the Hon'ble Minister along with copy of this order on 12th May 2026 at 3.00 p.m. 6.
