Learned counsel for the Respondent No.4-Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA) has sought for time to file affidavit-in-reply to the Writ Petition to place on record that Letter of Interest has been issued for taking over the management of the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Vidyalay School. He has stated that no coercive steps will be taken by Respondent No.4 in terms of discontinuing the said school of Respondent No.4 until the next date of hearing.

Respondent No.4 shall file their affidavit-in-reply on or before 9 June 2026.
