The judgment delivered by this Court at the Aurangabad Bench dated 10th April, 2026 in Writ Petition No. 2771 of 2026 (Sanju Bhavsing Rathod and Ors. vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors.), is said to have settled the issue taken up to the present Petitioners. The learned Additional G.P. submits that since it is a judicial pronouncement of the Court and the dictum applies to all CEOs of all the Zilla Parishads, a Purti Parab
