The petitioner is challenging the interim order passed by the State Government. Since the scrutiny of nomination paper is over on 18th April, 2026, at this stage, the petition arises out of an interim order and need not be interfered with. 2.

The eligibility of a person needs to be adjudicated as on the date of scrutiny of nomination papers. Hence, the petition is disposed of.

However, the Revisional Authority shall decide the Revision within six weeks from today.
