By this Petition, the Petitioner has sought a declaration that impugned circular dated 28 May 2025 is illegal and void and quash the same. Further prayer is for directing the Respondent No.1 to permit the Petitioner to continue his studies in the 2nd academic year of his course. 2.

The Petitioner has pursuant to the order dated 27 February 2026 filed their representation on 10 March 2026. The Respondent - University was directed by the said order to consider the representation within a period of four weeks from receipt of the fresh representation. However, the Respondent - University has till date not considered the representation of the Petitioner.

We accordingly direct the Respondent - University to decie the representation of the Petitioner dated 10 March 2026 by 10 May 2026. In the event, the Respondent - University find merits in the representation of the Petitioner, they shall permit the Petitioner to take re-admission in 2nd academic year of his course.

Writ Petition is disposed of in these terms. There shall be no order as costs.
