Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that, no order has been passed by the learned Civil Judge on an application (Exhibit-49) filed by the petitioner in Special Civil Suit No.1335/2023 for expedite hearing of the said suit as the said suit has been instituted in the year 2015.

The learned Counsel for the petitioners submitted that though no reply has been filed, the learned Civil Judge has not yet decided the said application filed in the month of August 2025.

In the light of the grievance of the petitioner and the fact that the suit has been instituted in the year 2015, the learned Civil Judge is requested to pass an appropriate order on the application (Exhibit-49) on 12th June, 2026, having due regard to the fact that the suit has been instituted prior to ten years. 5.

The petition stands disposed.
