The Petitioners have put forth prayer clause (a) as under:- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Kalyan to pass a reasoned order on Exhibit-73, being Application filed by Respondent No.6 under Order VII Rule 11 of Civil Procedure Code, in Special Civil Suit No.309 of 2018, in a timebound manner." 2.

We are informed that the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kalyan heard the submissions of the Advocate for the Defendants on Application (Exhibit-73), which is filed under Order VII 1/2 909-WP-6295-2026.odt Dixit

Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure in Special Civil Suit No. 309 of 2018. The further submission is that the stage in the matter is for arguments and a last chance was granted to the Plaintiffs on 27th January, 2026. Since then, no further development has taken place in the matter. 3.

We are directing the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court to call for a status report along with the Roznama from 6th April, 2026 onwards, with reference to Special Civil Suit No. 309 of 2018, from the learned Principal District Judge, Thane. Let such report be submitted via e-mail. The learned Registrar (Judicial) would ensure that the report is placed before the Court on the next date. 4.

Stand over to 18th June, 2026 in the "Urgent Supplementary Board".
