Having heard the learned counsel for the parities for some time, Smt. Patil, learned AGP appearing for Respondent-State states on instructions that the impugned communications dated 13 April 2026 and 15 April 2026 will be recalled and fresh communications will be issued to the Petitioners including serving upon them the inquiry report in order that the Petitioner along with the other parties to the Petition will be heard upon the complaint made by Respondent No.6 and a fresh reasoned order will be passed within a period of four weeks from today. The statement is accepted. 2.
