It appears that the Petitioner has in respect of a similar notice issued in the year 2025 had raised the same dispute as in the present Petition in Writ Petition No.6291 of 2025 and this Court by order dated 9 May 2025 had referred to the concerned authority having passed an order dated 8 May 2025 making reference of the industrial dispute with CGIT cum Labour Court No.II, Mumbai. The Writ Petition had been disposed of in those terms. 2.

Further Writ Petition No.8701 of 2025 had been filed by the Petitioner as the in-charge Presiding Officer had not been appointed. By an order dated 20 September 2025, the statement of learned Advocates for respective sides had been recorded namely that a new in-charge Presiding Officer has been appointed.

Learned counsel for Respondent No.2-ONGC states that an in-charge Presiding Officer of CGIT cum Labour Court No.II, Nagpur is currently presiding.

Considering the prior orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in the aforementioned Writ Petitions which had impugned a similar notice as the impugned notice dated 22 April 2026 we direct the Petitioner to apply in respect of their dispute to the CGIT cum Labour Court No.II, Nagpur where the in-charge Officer is presiding. Considering that the impugned order is effective from 15 May 2026 to 20 September 2026, we direct the in-charge Officer presiding at CGIT cum Labour Court No.2, Nagpur to hear the application on or before 15 May 2026. 5.

This Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
