Since the impugned order has merged into the order dated 7 May 2026, the present Petition need not be entertained at this stage. However, suffice it to observe that, as a fresh Committee of Administrators has been appointed, the said Committee shall be under an obligation to initiate the election process within a period of two weeks from today.

Hence, it is directed that the process of replacement/reconstitution of the Committee of Administrators be completed within one week from today, and thereafter the election programme shall be initiated within a further period of two weeks. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
