Ms. Solunke, learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions, states that the Stay Application will be decided by Respondent no.8-Authority within a period of two months and the Revision Application filed on 9th February 2026 shall be decided within a period of six months by Respondent no.8-Authority. 2.

In view thereof, until the Stay Application is decided, status-quo granted by an order dated 14th January 2025 shall continue. All rights and contentions of the Petitioner are kept open, to be agitated before Respondent no.8-Authority.
