3) Mr. Nelson-Rajan, learned AGP and Mr. Anbhule, learned Counsel appearing for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 respectively waives notice. 4) Petitioner to provide copy of the Petition to the Registry, within two weeks from today.
5) Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has cleared the Semester Nos.1 to 7. However, the PRN number of the Petitioner has been invalidated without informing him the reason thereof. He submits that the Petitioner intends to appear for the examination of the 1/2
P.H. Jayani 24 WP6728.2026.doc remaining Semesters, i.e., Semesters 8, 9 and 10. He further submits that the viva-voce examination of the Semester 10 is scheduled on 26th May, 2026. That the Respondent No.3 - College is supporting the Petitioner's case, i.e., to allow him to appear for the viva-voce. 6) In view of the above and considering the Order dated 06/05/2026 passed in Writ Petition (St.) No.13603 of 2026, the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to allow the Petitioner to appear for viva-voce of Semester 10 and retain his marks for the sake of further orders in this Petition.
7) Stand over to 28th May, 2026.
