Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By this petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai (DRAT) to expeditiously consider and dispose of pending Regular Appeal No. 15 of 2025, wherein the petitioner is the appellant. 3.

The respondent No.2 i.e. the secured creditor had appeared through counsel and he submits that reply affidavit on behalf of the said respondent is yet to be filed in the pending appeal. We are informed that the auction purchaser is also a party in the appeal. 4.

The respondents in the pending appeal shall file their reply

bipin prithiani 6-wp-6762.26.doc affidavits on or before 2nd July 2026. We are informed that the appeal is now listed before the DRAT on 3rd July 2026. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of by directing that the aforesaid pending Regular Appeal No.15 of 2025 shall be disposed of by the DRAT, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, on or before 30th September 2026.
