Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner. 2.
When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the Petition, learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. Learned Counsel, however, submits that having regard to the fact that the suit SWAROOP SHARAD PHADKE has been instituted in the year 2013, and the Petitioner is 78 years of age, SWAROOP SHARAD PHADKE Date: 2026.06.11 11:49:06 +0530 hearing of the suit be expedited.

The prayer for expeditious hearing of SCS No.295 of 2013 appears justifiable.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 5.
Learned Civil Judge seized with SCS No.295 of 2013 is requested to make an endeavour to hear and decide the said suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order.
