By this Writ Petition, the Petitioners have sought a direction to the Respondent nos. 2 to 4 to reimburse English Medium Schools, the tuition fees for students admitted in the 25% quota RTE for the academic years (list appearing at Exhibit - A). 3.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and after perusing the earlier orders passed by this Court, including the order in Shree

Saraswati English Medium School and Ors. Vs. Union of India and Ors. in Writ Petition No. 8170 of 2025 by the order dated 24th June 2025 and the order dated 7th May 2026 in Siddhi English Medium School Thr. Sec. M P Sonavane & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors. in Writ Petition No. 6067 of 2026, wherein this Court has passed similar orders as sought for, we accordingly pass the following order as under:

::ORDER::

(i) The Respondent nos. 2 to 4 shall, within a period of 12 weeks from today, scrutinize the case of the Petitioners and determine the eligibility as well as the quantum of reimbursement to the Petitioners.

(ii) The admissible amount of reimbursement to the Petitioners shall be released by the Respondent nos. 2 to 4 within a period of two weeks from such determination. (iii) In the event the Petitioners are not entitled for any amount of reimbursement, a reasoned order to that effect shall be passed and the Petitioners shall be at liberty to seek redressal of their grievance, in accordance with law.

(iv) Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.

(v) Place the Writ Petition for recording compliance on 21st September 2026.
