By the present Petitions, Petitioner assails Recovery Certificates issued by the Deputy Registrar under provisions of Section 154B-29 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 (MCS Act). There is alternate remedy for the Petitioner under Section 154 of the MCS Act. In that view of the matter, the present Petition cannot be entertained. Reserving the liberty for the Petitioner to exercise the alternate remedy, the Writ Petitions are disposed of.
