By this Writ Petition, the Petitioners have sought a direction to the Respondents to release and disburse the amount of Rs. 1,25,730/- towards reimbursement dues under Section 12(2) of the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009 (RTE Act) to the Petitioners in respect of its School at "Indian Education Society

Primary School, Varsoli".

Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and after perusing the earlier orders passed by this Court, including the order in IES Ganesh Nagar Vidyalaya Primary English Medium Thr. Authorised Signatory & Anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra Thr. Its Principal Secretary & Ors. in Writ Petition No. 5359 of 2026 by the order dated 24th April 2026 and the order dated 23rd March 2026 in IES Katrap Vidyalaya, Eng. Med., Secondary School, Badlapur & Anr. Vs. State of Maharashtra & Ors. in Writ Petition No. 2846 of 2026, wherein this Court has passed similar orders as sought for, we accordingly pass the following order as under:

::ORDER::

(i) The Respondents shall, within a period of 12 weeks from today, scrutinize the case of the Petitioners and determine the eligibility as well as the quantum of reimbursement to the Petitioners.

(ii) The admissible amount of reimbursement to the Petitioners shall be released by the Respondents within a period of two weeks from such determination.

(iii) In the event the Petitioners are not entitled for any

amount of reimbursement, a reasoned order to that effect shall be passed and the Petitioners shall be at liberty to seek redressal of their grievance, in accordance with law.

(iv) Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.

(v) Place the Writ Petition for recording compliance on 21st September 2026.
