There is some issue in implementing our order when we directed the Petitioner to approach Sir J.J. Hospital, as we are informed that the Petitioner did not produce the order of the Court directing her examination through the Medical Board for the purpose of ascertaining whether a case is made out for termination of pregnancy beyond 24 weeks. We are informed that she approached the Microbiology Department for being examined, but the purpose of her examination is not attained.

In such circumstances, we direct the Petitioner to present herself before the Superintendent of Sir J.J. Hospital tomorrow, i.e. on 16/06/2026 at 10:00 a.m., with a copy of the order passed by us, so that the necessary steps can be taken.
