The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners would withdraw this Petition and would approach the Civil Court for seeking appropriate reliefs against encroachment on their land.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn, on instructions. Needless to state, if the Petitioners approach the Civil Court, all contentions of all the stakeholders on all the points, are kept open.
