Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.

When the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the petition, which assails an order whereby conditional leave to defend the summary suit has been granted by the trial Court subject to deposit of the principal amount on or before 7th April, 2026, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the time to deposit the amount in terms of the impugned order be extended. The submission is justifiable.

Time to make the deposit in terms of the impugned order stands extended till 15th July, 2026.

Upon deposit of the said amount, the petitioner shall be at liberty to file written statement within a period of 30 days thereafter.
