By furnishing a copy of the appointment order dated 8th June 2026, Ms. Pramila Sathe, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, submits that the primary grievance of her client in the Writ Petition has been redressed in view of the issuance of the order of appointment. However, she submits that there is no clarity as regards the date from which the appointment is to take effect. Therefore, she prays that this Writ Petition be disposed of on withdrawal by granting liberty to the Petitioner to file fresh proceedings praying for seniority and other incidental benefits arsing out of the appointment order dated 8th June 2026 if so required. The said prayer is not opposed by Ms. Raguwanshi, learned AGP appearing on behalf of the AMOL PREMNATH JADHAV Respondent - State.
