Learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that in the aforesaid judgment, inadvertently appearance of the learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 is not recorded due to mistake of the Personal Assistant. He submits that appearance of learned counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 4 be incorporated in the judgment and consequential corrections be made in paragraphs 4 and 5.

In view of the above, paragraph 4 is corrected as under: "Though respondent Nos.5 and 6 are served, none appears for them. Hence, matter is proceeded ex-parte against them". 6.

"I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4". 7.
